Not only are you paid above Minimum Wage starting off as a sales associate, but you're also able to make Commission. Which if you have ever worked for a corporation most do not even know the owner of their companies name!Īs for the actual working part of Zoomtan, it's the easiest job I have ever worked at and it's also the best paying job i've ever had. He encourages employee's to contact him, send him ideas, etc. I am just a regular store Manager and i've met the owner of Zoomtan, Tony in person and have talked with him quite a few times. Not only has my district been amazing, but the company itself is as well. I have always felt comfortable, supported, and respected working for this Company.
I work in the Syracuse District and even though i've only met a handful of Managers face to face in the Syracuse District, I feel like i've known them forever! The amount of uplifting, encouragement that managers send to each other and the amount of help a district will do to help from covering a shift to helping you understand our products better is amazing. I have never worked at a job where even though you're working by yourself, you never feel alone. It's actually quit diverse when it comes to the people that work at Zoomtan and a LOT of us are Mothers! I am not a 'Super thin, single, young, tall blonde haired blue eyed barbie' that most people assume you have to be to be hired for Zoomtan (i'm actually the opposite except for the young part). I was hired and started working for ZT when my daughter was just under 5 months old. I have been with Zoomtan almost 2 years and will have been a Store Manager for 1 year on March 22nd of 2015.
